Why You Need Professional Photos

Welcome back! Last month was all about Customer Service and we finished off with Testimonial cards. To make those cards, you need some great photos and vista print coupon codes-but even bigger than that, that thought got me thinking about photography in general.

Following the general theory of "Do Your One Thing"-say you do Real Estate for a living, but do not hire a photographer to take the photos and use your Iphone, while those are not bad photos-let a photographer do their "one thing" that makes you successful in doing your "one thing". But Moxi, my iphone photos are great-are they really? I recently tried taking the same photo with my Iphone and DSLR for a rental and the comparison is below:

Iphone 6S+ Photo of Kitchen

DSLR Photo of Kitchen
Now, if you are a kitchen person and saw the the first photo, it looks like a kitchen. But a bigger lens and better device gives that kitchen the glory it deserves, who does not want to cook on that island?

The first shot looks like a balcony shot, well it is a balcony shot. But in the second photo you get to see some of the nice planters and new community look that someone looking for this kind of home would love-some would call it "curb appeal".

Front view photos are usually my favorite for simple marketing. Open the door and welcome people to come on in-and while three stories will either hit or miss- seeing teh walkway and the sky above, and almost the whole front profile helps even though in both you are looking at a lot of condos in one space.

So now, you have started to see the light-and maybe your photographer charges extra to touch up the photos-and while you may not normally even pay for photos, why would you want to pay for touch ups, they should be fine on their own right? Come on back next week and I will show you what a world of difference a light touch up makes.
