Bodies
Similar to the face, it is a universal art subject matter that has evolved over time-along with our understanding of the Human Body. Or even in modern day, the basis upon which such ideas of Beauty is based on and used by the masses for an unasked for comparison. The passage of time and how it changes can also be seen in how the body is shaped and adorned.

Ideas:
Why does one take a photo? Should they take it (to have it count)? Do you find it and make it your own? What is the purpose or end goal of the photo? Should photos have to have an end goal? A photograph, and the process of taking it-bring all of these things into question.

Eadweard Muybridge - A man standing on his hands from a lying down position
John Heartfield - Whoever reads bourgeois newspaper becomes blind and deaf
Ed Ruscha - Maquette for Every Building on the Sunset Strip
Duane Michals - The Fallen Angel
Nicholas Nixon - The Brown Sisters
Cindy Sherman - Untitled #92
Jeff Wall - A Sudden Gust of Wind
Adam Broomberg & Oliver Chanarin - The Day Nobody Died
Mishka Henner - Coronado Feeders, Dalhart, Texas
My take on this is:
Some of the idea and body images were tough to see, some of the more infamous sad images that I believe we as people need to see to enjoy the good images as well. We are two weeks away from finishing the book, join me next week as we do: Moments and Stories!
