Royalty Free Images

Now that we have talked about royalty free music, we need some great visuals to go along with that music, maybe some information! I have mentioned before in previous blog posts that you do not own a photo unless you pay for it OR take it yourself. You can get in trouble for using a photo that is not yours. This does not happen often, but when it does-it is insane how much some people have had to pay.

So now I know your wondering, where do we get some of those awesome photos we need then-look no further:
1) Pixabay

Again I start off with my favorite one, and I like the ease of using the site with out an account and the decent variety. I always find what I am looking for.

2) Pexels
https://www.pexels.com/royalty-free-images/
This one is my second favorite, easy to wander website and no account downloads. Good variety from when I have used it.

3) Unsplash
https://unsplash.com/
This site is a very good option for the fact that these are high res, not that other sites have all low res-but there are times you need high res.

4) Burst
https://burst.shopify.com/free-images
This site is interesting as for the layout, they opted to have categories on the main page, and once you delve deeper you see options for low or high res downloads with a pop up, no account needed.

Now, a lot of the sites I mention do function without an account-but that does not mean an account is a bad idea. If you do this as a business, sign up with your business account and store all your passwords on LastPass so you can stay organized!
