There are times when you need or can use a middle or "muddle" man. But always remember, treat the muddle man as a stepping stone or an ally-never as a gate keeper.

Ch. 18: Release the Horde-Social Media Mobbing

Mobs, too big to ignore, can be a very helpful ally in your marketing. If the cause is just, they merely have to be pointed in the right direction, and they will act on their own accord. All mobs should be used respectively, when possible.

Ideally, you will go from being a small fish in a big pond - to being a big fish in a small pond - and back to being a small fish in a big new pond.
