To Poll or not Poll: Twitter
Welcome Back! Let's head to the Polls, vote for Twitter! Did anyone try a poll on Facebook? What are your thoughts on it? I would love to hear from you! Let's finish our comparison and jump into Twitter.
It would seem that Facebook wins this round. You know it is a funny thing to have stumbled upon, but after comparing Live on all the social media platforms last year-and having LinkedIn win versus Facebook-it was shocking to me and opened up the idea of comparing Social Media sites based on one aspect and analyzing its true value. Based on that thought, I would like to next compare and discuss Stories on Facebook and Instagram. Join me next week and we see Facebook walking up to the ring...

To initiate this poll, go to your Twitter account and act as if you are going do a post. Once you start, click on the poll symbol. Fill in your question, and two response slots come up automatically. A big difference between Facebook and Twitter is here- you can have up to four responses instead of 2. Then you would select the amount of days you want it to run, the limit is 7 days-but that is a good time for a Poll to run anyways.
Let's compare the two now:
Visuals: Twitter vs Facebook - The poll being able to be more visual is nice
Length: Twitter vs Facebook - The poll can go longer on Facebook
Question: Twitter vs Facebook - Both are similar in this regard and tie
Answers: Twitter vs Facebook - Four answers versus two opens up more possibilities
