-Train: Once you have hired, you have set expectations. Before training starts, have a plan and resources ready to give your candidate everything they need to succeed in their initial role. As well as checking in every 30 days in the first 90 days of their employment.

-Manage: The relationship and the business with your associate should grow with whatever micro or macro managing works best for the both of you. Maintaining communication and holding one another compatible is the biggest key to managing successfully and enjoyably.
